Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, therefore we are happy to refund or replace any product within 7 days (Unless arranged beforehand) from the day that you received the product, on condition that the product is:
- in the original packaging
- Unwashed
- in the same condition as what it was when received
It is your responsibility to return the product either via a courier or you can return it in person to the following address:

You can return your products to the above address.
Exchange
Option A: You can return the items to us via your own courier, as soon as it has been received you will then be notified in order for you to arrange your own courier to collect.
Option B: We can arrange the courier on your behalf & request quotations in order for you to accept. Please note that we can unfortunately not book a courier collection for a specific time to pick up as the driver can only pick up once he is in your area (Between 9AM & 5PM)
Option C: Return & Refund
You can return the items to us via your own courier & a refund will be processed once we have received your return products. (Value excluding courier fees incurred by us)
